Precision mechanics for medium and small components
VEGA's speciality is the production of mechanical components of small and medium-size lots ranging from single prototypes to production of several thousand units. Given such a wide capability, the volume of components produced per customer ranges between 50 and 5,000 units per year.
The heart of our expertise lies in a deep understanding of the methodology of metal and plastic transformation, combined with a perceptive use of sophisticated technology and CNC machinery: every day thousands of components are engineered to be subsequently incorporated into critical assemblies.
In addition to traditional machinery, VEGA's specialists program and tool some of the most sophisticated CNC machines on the market today: from 5-axis horizontal work stations to horizontal multi-pallet machines - from multi-tasking turning stations to 10-axis screw machines.
